In our everyday life, we use hundreds of products and services from different companies. We wonder often why companies did not think to:

    • test their product before producing it on a large scale (“How do I clean this ?”, “Why does this object hold so badly in the hand?”, “This couch is really beautiful but is is too low and I break my back in there”, “Why is the electric wire of this apparatus so short?”, etc)
    • put forward in their advertising, their packaging a.s.o. an important advantage of the product compared to its competitors (“This credit card in case of theft offers an unlimited compensation whereas its principal competitor does not do it, but nobody knows it”, “This foam bath is rinsed out in a wink”, etc)
    • propose such other use of their product or service for which it is so well appropriate, even if it were not designed for that purpose from the beginning (“Such closet on casters, used as a vertical hamper, is so practical and so ergonomic for the back”, etc)
    • re-issue such now forgotten old item or system that so useful at your parents' or grandparents' time and of which you have preserved the memory, that you found on a secondhand trade or of that you still own (“Why so much products we considered useful are not available anymore ?”)
    • bring in our country this clever system or product that you have discovered when travelling abroad? (“Why can't we buy on the European continent the “oven gloves” which are a daily reality of the British hearths?” Contrary, “Why the British and the Canadians don't use "toilet gloves" but “débarbouillettes” or “face towels”?” Cultural aspects do not explain all…) (The business gift handed out by THE IDEA MONOPOLY to the REWICS fair in is an example, for those who had the chance to obtain one from them)
    • propose a storage unit answering contemporary everyday use
    • etc

Such information is invaluable for THE IDEA MONOPOLY and companies because they could lead to the improvement of existing products and services, the re-issuing of forgotten products, the provision of local products on other markets, with the greatest consumer satisfaction. and even with the creation of new products or services!

Did you know that the sales of products or services developed on the basis of an idea put forward through consumers are eight times higher than the estimated sales of innovations developed starting from other methods? For this reason THE IDEA MONOPOLY is interested to collect all this information!

idea monopoly question paper hand bulbBecause this information is valuable, THE IDEA MONOPOLY commits to reassign to the consumer having posted an issue part of the remuneration that it will have obtained from a company.

Please pay attention that it is important that:
    • You transmit to THE IDEA MONOPOLY an issue that you do have encountered personally, and not an issue that happened to somebody of your entourage or about which you have read or heard asomewhere else! THE IDEA MONOPOLY must have the best possible quality information !
    • The encountered issue does not result from a misuse of the product or service, or from bad luck! Indeed, THE IDEA MONOPOLY will not be able to draw benefit from information relating to a particular case. THE IDEA MONOPOLY is not a complaint service ! It is appropriate to inform us about an issue that everyone is likely to meet using this product or service!
    • You transmit to THE IDEA MONOPOLY the most information possible concerning the product and/or service (trademark, manufacturer, advantages/disadvantages, nature of the issue, and, if you have given some thoughts about it, but this is not mandatory, a solution, etc).

When you are registered, you will receive a questionnaire in return.
